How to Consciously Create Your Day

Dr. Joe Dispenza

This past week I followed through on an urge to revisit a video I’d watched three years ago, which, frankly, didn’t do much for me at the time. But this time around I received “What the Bleep Do We Know?” like a treasure chest full of profound wisdom. One of the most insightful segments was an interview with Dr. Joe Dispenza, where he shared how he consciously creates his day each morning.

I believe that the practice that Dr. Dispenza shares is the key to becoming an effective creator of your life, so I’ve provided a full transcript of this interview below.

I wake up in the morning, and I consciously create my day the way I want it to happen. Now, sometimes, because my mind is examining all the things that I need to get done, it takes me a little bit to settle down, and get to the point, of where I’m actually intentionally creating my day. But here’s the thing.”

When I create my day, and out of nowhere, little things happen that are so unexplainable, I know that they are the process or the result of my creation. And the more I do that, the more I build a neural net, in my brain, that I accept that that’s possible. Gives me the power and the incentive to do it the next day.”

So, if we’re consciously designing our destiny, if we’re consciously, from a spiritual standpoint, throwing in the idea that our thoughts can affect our reality or affect our life, because reality equals life. Then, I have this little pact that I have when I create my day.”

I say, I’m taking this time to create my day, and I’m infecting the Quantum Field. Now, if it is in fact, the observer’s watching me the whole time that I’m doing this, and there is a spiritual aspect to myself. Then, show me a sign today, that you paid attention to any one of these things that I created, and bring them in a way that I won’t expect.”

“So, I’m as surprised at my ability to be able to experience these things, and make it so that I have no doubt that its come from you. And so, I live my life, in a sense, all day long, thinking about being a genius, or thinking about being the glory and the power of God, or thinking about being Unconditional Love.

I’ll use living as a genius, for example. And as I do that, during parts of the day, I’ll have thoughts that are so amazing, that cause a chill in my physical body, that have come from nowhere. But then, I remember that that thought has an associated energy, that’s produced an effect in my physical body.”

“Now, that’s a subjective experience, but the truth is that I don’t think that unless I was creating my day to have unlimited thought, that that thought would come.

  1. It’s not easy to understand seriously. It took me reading 2 times to understand it. It’s very meaningful and I got some value.

I just start practicing to create my day for 3 months. Sometime on and off, but I got a lot. More than what I expected.

    Great sharing. Thanks.

  2. Alex,

I think that the reason it takes effort to understand is that we have so much “deprogramming” to work through to even imagine what these ideas really mean. Thanks for sharing your experiences with the process.

    Best to you,
    Susan

  4. The school of mastery.com is another great place to look for info on harnessing our participation in the universe. Also Greg Bradens interviews which i have posted on my blog if you want to check them out is what really took me to the next level. They are on youtube. He has a book called the Divine Matrix which i highly recommend, this year has been one of the best since coming across this way of thinking. I also recommend getting interested in quantum theory Grag braden, Lynn Mctaggart and bruce lipon have some very cutting edge books based on The law of attraction and quantum physics.. Abraham Hicks is another great influencer on this subject, very intersting. Law of attraction, ancient texts, new age- Eckhart Tolle it is all relative. I grew up a fundamental Christian home, but the more i examine these subjects the more it all seems to lead to the same thing we just have different ways of portraying it. There are currently 83 words in the English language for spiritual phenomena and definition. If you went to India and said the word guru it would affect a much more powerful feeling to them than if used in America. Something to think about when your feelings are the language of reality……

  5. Indeed you can create your own reality. The first step is to get cue cards and start to write out your new empowering beliefs about the new you. Have about 30 affirmations or new beliefs and read them 30 minutes when you wake up and 30 minutes before going to sleep. Be aware of what you are speaking and what you are observing each day.

Then in about 21 days to 30 days you will be ready to create your own day. For more information visit my site to learn how the brain and your subconscious mind works.

    Thank You ^_^

  6. Hi Susan,

What a pleasure to find you. Your story about revisiting What the Bleep did exactly the same for me…and more. I have been brainstorming JZ Knight’s and Dr. Joe’s Create Your Day for years experimenting how to spread this amazing truth to the world…and it is all starting to come together very nicely. We definitely need to talk about my upcoming website as you may just be the partner I am looking for.

Highest Love and Gratitude Susan for all the great work and service that you are providing for so many.

Looking forward to speaking with you.

    Sincerely,
